ETA: I just grabbed a coupon that arrived in the mail yesterday and it says valid for in-store use only.

HOWEVER, we have had luck taking receipts back to the store and using a coupon (when we have forgotten our coupons). You could try to take your online receipt to a local store with a coupon and see if they will credit you the difference.

I have a mobile offer sitting on my phone if you need it. When I signed up it took a couple days to get anything from them.

You can also take a paper coupon to the store and have the gift mailed to the recipient. It takes a little while to get an employee to go through the process but the $ savings may be worth it.
