Default DS2 woke up with stiff legs and neck...Would you be concerned?

He doesn't even have mild cold symptoms. I think I'm a little afraid of enterovirus 68. He has complained on and off today (starting when he first woke up) that his legs and neck are stiff. Otherwise he is asymptomatic. WWYD? If nothing, we're all just going to be going trick or treating!

Any recent illnesses? Any trouble walking? I'd probably put a call into the pedi. The neck stiffness concerns me more.

I'm sure you've already considered this but has he done any sports or activity recently that would cause achiness in those areas?

Neck still stiff? I'd go in to be checked.

I wouldn't worry about the Evirus I would be concerned about meningitis and stiff neck.

This is what I'd be concerned about too.

Yes that was also my concern. I don't think meningitis would cause stiff legs though. Can your child touch his chin to his neck?

I'd be concerned about Lyme. Been near any ticks lately?
