half a baguette, brush with olive oil, lightly toast under broiler
make tarragon pesto--use same recipe as basil pesto but sub fresh tarragon
spread pesto on baguettes
top with sliced pears and shredded gruyere cheese
put baguette halves back under broiler until cheese is bubbly
Remove from oven, cut into 2" wide pieces
