    I have always had luck using coconut oil to remove since it s antifungal.

    Where do you all get the brushes or fine tooth comb because I can't seem to find one

    Ditto - I then loosen it up with the terminator comb and make sure to scrub well when washing it out. Just did this for DD (2.5) yesterday.

    Thanks so much for all the replies and advice! I think I'll start with oil and a Terminator comb, and if that doesn't work, I'll try one of the other shampoo type products. Thanks again!!

    Same here...7 yo can still get it...& she does. Baby oil or a "specific" cradle cap product helps.

    Tends to be from build up of oil secretions/skin etc.

    What about using a scalp massager brush when you shampoo their hair?
    I used my brush every single time I shower!!!
