Default Frontier straps are so twisted they are making me lose my mind!!!!

Help! Between DD's jacket/coat and her carseat's never ending twisted straps, I am going to lose my mind! I don't understand how they can twist so badly--they've got nothing on our old Scenera which had strap issues. Any suggestions/solutions?

I had to ponder on this all day, but it didn't help. My first guess is my only, call britax and ask for a new set? Or just order one, but I never know if it might be worth it to call, depending on the age of the seat and the severity of the complaint, they might send them free.
My old FR80 straps were simply dreadful, and a new set helped a lot.
Good luck, I know it sucks!

Thanks, Jools. I appreciate the help! I adjusted the top of her seat higher to allow for more room for her shoulders. Hopefully this will make a difference. If not, Ill order replacements.

I hope that works, yeah, it's ok to be above the shoulders, and gives more space to slide in with hopefully less twisting
