Snow pants on clearance?

Has anyone seen boys snow pants on clearance? DS's were way too small this year and I want to buy ahead for next year. We get very little if any snow so they only get worn a few times a year, but are definitely needed. Target had some but they are sold out online. I never think about this except when we are getting snow of course!

Our Target had them on clearance in early to mid January, but they are gone now. I'd try some online places maybe?

Our local Target never even stocked them since we aren't in an area that gets much snow. I've been searching online but not much luck. I guess since people are still buying for spring snow skiing they haven't been clearanced yet. I hate paying more that $20 because we only got enough snow to play outside twice this year.

We get a bunch of snow here, typically, but I usually buy ours from Once Upon a Child. They're used, but have a better selection of colors, styles, brands, etc. and I can usually get them for between $5 & 10.
