    Default New Amazon shipping

When I went to purchase today, I got a new offer for choosing Slower Shipping -- $5.99 toward a Pantry purchase

    I passed.

I have been regularly choosing it for the $1 for Kindle purchases. But $6 for Pantry is not interesting to me at this point.

But I thought others might appreciate it!

I got that last night as well, I think it's more of a push for their pantry service. A co-worker was telling me he loves it, I could see using it if I was actually grocery shopping, but I was just getting 1 thing.

I thought about trying it out at one point, but it was too difficult for me to fill my pantry with the brands that we regularly use, so I gave up.

I used it recently to ship items to our hotel when we went to Disney. It was great for a case of water and quick breakfast and snack options.

I still don't understand how pantry works vs regular amazon or subscribe and save.

So no more $1 for slower shipping option?
Darn, I bet a lot of people pass on that, I would too.

I used pantry the other day for misc snacks, etc for our office stock and was pleasantly surprised by the prices and ease of filling said box. I like how each item shows you the % of the box it accounts for.

I'm sad. I liked the book credits.
