Two separate interactions recently have got me down. One was seeing a friend haven't seen for a month or more. Both times she knew I was at the same small event and avoided saying hi or anything else. This is someone who if I saw one on one would be very friendly. Another friend just wrote a rude email reply. Not super rude, just not friendly, not nice, and she is a friend. I've done numerous favors for her and she would definitely describe me as a friend.
Just coming here to complain about flaky so-called friends since I can't really IRL!
