    Default Visors?

Anyone like to wear a visor when they are out in the sun? I'm about to be a Cub Scout Day Camp Leader and I'll be out in the sun all day. I prefer not to wear a baseball cap as then my hair gets itchy and sweaty!

Are visors at all stylish any more? What are some good, inexpensive visors that will help me be comfortable and not too unstylish.

    Thanks!

Well, I don't know if they are stylish, but I wear one all the time! I have curly hair and baseball caps give me terrible hat head, so I never wear them. I have one from my alma mater and one that is just solid black and matches anything. I got the black one at Target and consider it to be reasonably stylish.

Try a golf store. I also have curly hair and the visor is my perfect solution.

I have a few with university logos on them. I love visors and prefer them to hats!

Given the number of folks here at my retirement community who wear visors, I'd vote for "not particularly stylish but very practical"!

I'd get a Nike one and call it a day. Just don't get one of those straw ones. Those look totally "Golden Girls" to me.

Under Armor has some cute ones too.

I use them when I run--keeps the sweat off my face, let's my head breathe, and protects my face from sun. Honestly, I wouldn't think twice about what I wore to Cubscout day camp other than making sure i don't care if it gets filthy. I have done CS Daycamp before--shudder.

I wear them...totally practical. I have an older one from the Wallaroo Hat company which is a bit more "stylish" and a Columbia one that I think was marketed for fishing. I'm a fan, even if they're not the pinnacle of fashion!

I wear them. I run in them because my head gets too hot with a baseball cap most of the time and I wear them at the beach a lot. I have a Nike one and two others that are from vacations.
