Default Best place and prices for big boy clothes?

So, my son has started to express interest in his clothes and wants "big boy" clothes.

So where do I buy these clothes for the best prices? BTW, I'm talking about him not wanting to wear Gymboree type clothes. Again...

    Thanks!

ON, Kohls, H&M, TCP, sporting good stores (my kids totally aren't into UA, Nike...but plenty of kids are).

I do even better price wise at Once Upon a Child than Target and I get better quality stuff. Some of my Target stuff is hit or miss. Mostly good but enough duds along the way to keep it from being my go to. That and I make out like a bandit at OUAC.

Old Navy, Gap, Lands End (uniform shorts/pants, plain polo shirts), shopping sales; Marshall's/TJ Maxx (polo shirts, sports T shirts) generally harder to find clearance items that we would want so their full price; Target Cherokee brand typically held up reasonably well

In addition to those already mentioned - Crazy 8. They have good sales & discounts; when my DS 'outgrew' Gymboree, I was able to get a few years shopping there.

DS's wardrobe is probably half from Target. He likes the athletic type shorts & pants & I like the C9 clothes they have there.
