Default recommendations on stroller for toddler?

I know nothing about strollers, really. The one that came in our travel system just broke and we still need one for trips to the mall/zoo/park as DD2 isn't great about holding a hand/being cautious when walking.

    So I need:
tall handles because my DH and I are both tall. Adjustable handles would be ideal.
easy fold for putting in and out of the car
lightweight (since it will go in and out of the car)
cheap (the cheaper the better as long as it has the other features I need)

    Bonuses:
a basket under the seat, a decent sun shade, a cupholder or accessories I could purchase and add on

What strollers should I consider? TIA!

I like the BJCM or b-agile for toddlers. It's easy to maneuver, has a huge sunshade, and folds super easily. I've never been a fan of umbrella strollers because you need both hands to push them. I've had a few and I always end up selling them.

I also suggest a stroller with a single handlebar like the BJCM. But if you go for an umbrella stroller the Uppababy G-luxe has by far the best push among umbrella strollers and has tall handles.
