We are doing sconces in the mirror in our new master, but I think it would probably cost you with rewiring, so definitely something to consider. Love the look.
I find lighting to be so hard...just for some different looks than the typical vanity bar

I agree that the original lighting options linked to were fussy and, honestly, already dated. I will post some of my favs from Houzz when I am on laptop. I think lighting in bathroom is soooo important. Worth taking the time to get right. Don't rush just to get it done.
