    Wish I could do sconces but the mirror takes up that whole wall. I looked at Lamps Plus. I think I'll need to hit the local lighting stores again so I can see some of these to scale. Its so hard to know if it will work when its just a pic of a light...

    Have you considered mirror mounted sconces? This website has some examples.

    I agree that the original lighting options linked to were fussy and, honestly, already dated. I will post some of my favs from Houzz when I am on laptop. I think lighting in bathroom is soooo important. Worth taking the time to get right. Don't rush just to get it done.

    I wanted to do that but DH says they remind him of hotel bathrooms, he also nixed the chandelier I wanted in there.
