Default Do you let your kid sing "eenie meenie minie mo"?

DS just started singing this out of the blue. I guess he learned it at camp. He uses "tiger" instead of the original word, of course, but it still makes me uncomfortable because I know what it used to say. I'm ignoring it for now and hope that he forgets it, but is this rhyme really still common? It seems so awful to me.

I wouldn't worry about it. I don't even know what the other word is instead of "tiger."! I grew up saying "tiger" as well.

I do know what the original word was but I grew up saying the 'tiger' version as well and don't have a problem with it.

My kids say it. I grew up saying it. I had no idea there was another version that was offensive. Knowing that now, I still don't have a problem with it.

Had no idea there was another option other than tiger. I grew up in a farm community in Northern Calofornia.
