    Jack just turned 7 and in Florida its 6 to go with out a seat. I explained he was born in Maryland so he has to go by Maryland laws The "logic" worked for him. I drop a backless booster for him and in a pinch when I pick up my neighbors child from the bus stop ( she's 5) she gets his highback booster and he gets the low
