My DH has near zero attention to detail, leaves messes in his wake and is a stereotypical absentminded professor (he's a HS teacher, but still...) He uses the instant-pot several times a week. You can totally do this.

The instant pot has 3 slow cooker settings - noT necessarily super obvious
