So I got the It is weird how there is a sticker on the product that says "Don't return to the store! Call us first." If I have a problem, I will return to Costco and get another Dyson.

Lots of things I've bought over the years have had that - I think it's so if it's just operator error it doesn't get returned unnecessarily aka no one reads appliance manuals

She's kind of sloppy at it. We also don't encourage it because she has a terribly sensitive stomach.

I love the linx. I had one years ago that finally died. I went through two ergorapidos, then went back to the linx.
