I had 1 lb. containers of ground beef thawing in the fridge (bought in bulk, seperated into plastic containers, covered w/ saran wrap and lid and frozen right away). We only ended up using 2 of the containers Saturday evening for dinner, the third was still mostly frozen. Meant to cook it on Sunday but forgot about it. Is it safe to cook and eat for tacos tonight?
