First, came across this and it made me laugh:

Second, in thinking about it more I think I want to get the kids a good spray sunscreen to use. They're just not covering everything with the lotions we've tried and they are SO impatient about applying too. And anyway we will be going to the beach soon and the last time I tried to re-apply regular lotion physical sunblock it was a disaster...the sand...a spray would be SO much easier.
And my kids are old enough now that the suggestion about holding breath and then stepping away from the spray cloud is an excellent one. So...best spray sunscreen?? Go!!! I'm open to anything. Aerosols, sprays, spray foam...the problem is that most of the ones I'm familiar with smell SO perfume-y. I'm very sensitive to smells and I got headaches and nausea after being around those super smelly sprays. I'm OK with light scents - my favorite so far has been the light true coconut scent of the Bare Republic sunblock (wonder if the spray version has the same scent?) so either a light natural scent or no scent at all!!! We had a kid over for a playdate who used a Target brand spray sunscreen and OMG I nearly died from the smell.
