Default ISO: free or inexpensive apps for stress reduction/meditation, etc?

Does anyone use a free or low cost app for stress reduction? I am willing to buy something, but don't really want a monthly subscription. I don't have something specific in mind but thinking either guided mediation, breathing, regular meditation, etc.

    Thanks!

Deepak and Oprah do a free 21 day meditation program every few months. You can listen to it thru their app, "Oprah & Deepak's 21 Day Meditation Experience." I never get too much of the experience because I use it at night and always fall asleep before it's over, LOL!

I can't say enough about incorporating meditation into your life. I use the app insight timer, and the addition of meditation has significantly reduced my stress level.

I use "meditation timer free" by Maxwell Software primarily because it's the best sounding bell I've found in a free app. It's just a timer. There's no guided meditation.

Headspace. It's amazing. It only takes 10 minutes per day.
