We went out with two other couples tonight, and when we all returned, DD1 was carrying around pieces of soft foam. Kind of like this, but yellow/orange (it's a 2012 mfg date so it has aged): http://www.joann.com/heavy-duty-foam...q=foam&start=8

I am pretty sure that it came from our bucket seat (Graco SnugRide 35) which is DD2's primary car seat right now. I'll be calling Graco in the morning to see if I can get replacement foam, but until then, does anyone know if it's safe to keep using the seat without it?

DD1 (and possibly the other kids, but she tends toward destruction) tore out all the foam from the back from the top of the shell to the bottom harness slot. The white styrofoam was not damaged, just the foam that is immediately underneath the seat cover.
