Default Trader Joes turkey still frozen

Ok, so it's not frozen, but sill very, very cold. This happened to me one year that the giblets etc were still icy in the cavity and the bird took much longer to cook. I got the turkey yesterday and probably should've bought it earlier so it had more time in the fridge. It's a 16 lb turkey, anything I can do to get it to be fully thawed? It's a brined turkey.

Just keep it in the fridge. If a few hours before roasting it's still icy, defrost it under running water, if you can.

    Thanks. I'll do that.
