Pottery Barn Kids sales - question

I want to buy some dolls for my girls and am wondering how their sales generally work. Do they drop their prices lower and lower? I want to be able to fit in strollers as well, so would like to wait until their prices have dropped even more. When can I expect the bigger sales? How low do they generally go?

This is their daily deal, right? I don't think their prices will go any lower, at least not until after the holidays. If you can pair a coupon with it, then it would be a great deal.
