Face lotion recommendations with UVA & UVB, SPF 30 or higher?

I've been using Elta MD clear lotion with SPF 46, and like it, but it's just so expensive and I go through it pretty quickly. I had been getting the double packs from Costco, but don't want to renew my membership, and have been getting it on Amazon for around $19 a bottle.
Know of anything that works well and is quite a bit cheaper? (Like $10 a bottle or less) I'd still like an SPF of at least 30, and would prefer something that protects from UVA & UVB rays.

Not oily, my face doesn't break out, and it's SPF 50. Mad Love.

ETA: I just use that as a sunscreen. I use another moisturizer without sunscreen because I was having problems with moisterizer/sunscreen combos. Red/blotchy/breakouts, all things I didn't want.
