Default Dart gun rules / dart storage

We're new to dart guns. Do you have any rules for dart guns? If so, please share. Also, I'm finding darts everywhere and trying to figure out how to store the darts so I have a central place to put darts I find during the day. TIA

We just throw them all into a bin. Sometimes I make mine play with a set number so they can better keep track of the darts.

Don't aim at the face, if you can find cool sunglass type goggles those are fun for big wars.

We just store them in some random container.

Play outside when you can, kids around her have huge Nerf wars in the park.

We require eye protection. I got a big bag of child sized safety glasses from Amazon. We also just use a bin for storage of darts and guns.

Would you mind linking to the glasses you bought?

    No head/face shots
Keep darts away from the dog
Gather darts mid-fight (they use a "time out" call)
Hadn't thought about eye protection as DS and several of his friends wear glasses. Guess dollar store sun glasses would be better than nothing for those that don't.

All the weapons and darts are kept in a plastic under-bed storage bin (those guns are long!) - DS was given a nerf plastic ammo box that he uses to help keep the different types of darts separated.
