    Default Multivitamin for tween/teenage years

2 of my 3 kids are over the chewable vitamins they've been taking for years, and are ready for the next step up. They are fine with swallowing capsules or pills. Are there any particular needs to take into account for these still-growing bodies? Any brands to recommend? I know my over-40 women's multi ain't gonna make the cut!

My 10 year old still likes the kids gummy vitamins.

I did some research a while ago and decided on Kirkman Children's Multi. It isn't cheap, but I felt that it was the best option. Here is the kicker...I can't remember WHY I decided that it was the best option (but I am usually pretty thorough in my research)!

I'll be interested to see what other parents have decided.

My niece is 8 so it's about time! I bought her some simple books on nutrition (she loves reading on "scientific" topics) and her parents are getting a masticating juicer, and that's about it.
