Booster issue

DS is still in his Britax Blvd in my car. He had a Diono Radian in DH's car, but it was SUCH a PITA to tighten correctly that at age 7 we finally ditched it. my husband threw a booster in there until we got a "real" seat to replace the Diono, but I have no idea what to get. In the meantime, even sitting on the booster, the seatbelt is coming across his neck. I know that can't be right. It seems all boosters are about the same height...what should I do? (he is 50+ inches tall, so totally normal height, in the backseat of a Camry) TIA for any advice - I feel like I should know this

There is a clip on our evenflo AMP that you can thread the seatbelt through to make it hit the appropriate place on your DC's neck. Otherwise it just hangs off the back of the booster if not needed. Check your booster for the clip. HTH!

I would get a HBB. So much more comfortable. We have a couple graco and a Chicco. We like them all.

Is it 5 pt harness? I would love to keep him in one, but just can't afford it for 2 cars x 2 seats (I know DD will want one too).
