Mold on frontier straps?!?!

I noticed yesterday that there is mold growing on the straps that are under the click tight part of the seat. It's the blue/green fuzzy kind that you see on food. Is there anything I can do to salvage this seat?

I would call Britax and ask to speak to a car seat tech (CPST -- not random customer service person who answers the phone) and ask them. They may have a safe way to clean it, or they may help you out with replacement parts.
