I'm way behind on my BTS shopping due to a vacation. Where is the current best deal on washable crayola markers (the normal "chubby" ones, not slim style)?

I think I paid $3.50 at Target a few weeks ago. This is one item I buy when I need it because they often sell out so I don't wait for the best deal.

I paid $2.80 for the thin ones at Target this week. I don't know if that's a good price or not, but I only need 1 box so I'm not going to run around town looking for the best deal. I've only seen the non washable ones heavily discounted.
And they seem to come in a box of 10 now, not 8. Our school list still asks for a box of 8 but I haven't seen those at Target or Staples, just the box of 10.Mommy to 2 DS's (2003 and 2007)
