Keep or toss - organic fruit leather 6/17

I have a Costco size box of organic fruit leather with a Best Buy date of 6/17. They look, smell and taste fine. Keep or toss? TIA

"Best by" is a somewhat vague food quality not food safety thing - I'd eat without hesitation.

We would probably eat that one MANY months out of date. IME the first change you'll see is the color being off.

no question - keep. They might be a little chewier but I definitely don't think there's a safety issue.
