Which slow cooker temp did you use? I've used medium/normal with good results. This might help a little... https://www.dadcooksdinner.com/?s=In...&submit=Search

Do you need a coupon to get 25% off?

Out of curiosity, why didn't you just pressurize it? I do pulled pork in my pressure cooker and get the same results as if I'd cooked it all day in the crock pot. I follow Nom Nom Paleo's recipe for Kalua Pig. Yummy.

I agree with above. Pulled pork is one of the recipes that is perfect for pressure cooking, not slow cooking option.

No coupon needed, but I️ think it ended yesterday at Target and Amazon isn’t matching any more either.

I agree 6qt is generally the best size for the majority of people. I️ want the mini so I️ can leave one on my counter for daily use - rice, oatmeal, potatoes - the kind of stuff I️ don’t make a ton of at once. For regular cooking, 6qt is better (unless you cook a lot at once or have a larger family, then 8qt is probably best).

The 8 qt was the Prime Day deal for Amazon back in July. It was $89.99.

For IP in general, remember to look at warehouse deals - there always seem to be basically new ones available with banged up boxes or whatever.
