Great whole chicken recipe

I made this last night and it was awesome. Kids said best chicken ever.

I combine that recipe with another one of their recipes from "the Best Recipe" cookbook. I make a paste with olive oil, kosher salt, rosemary and/or thyme, and garlic and then rub it under the skin before roasting.
