Weekends are our freebies, but we've been eating leftovers from last weekend (mostly unopened dips, etc.) for lunches and so on.

Monday: pasta with marinara from a jar & broccoli
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday (I use ground turkey, an Ortega brand seasoning packet, served with frozen corn, rice, salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc.)
Wednesday: DH will bring dinner home; I'll bake brownies from a mix (swapped nights for Scouts)
    Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Fish Friday (TJ's fish nuggets, fries, broccoli)

For Lent, I'm doing Fish or other meat-free Fridays to see how I can shake up our routine and get DD into less meat-centric meals. It'll be challenging with DH, but I have a few interesting recipes I'd like to try.

    Sunday; split pea soup

Monday; chicken drumsticks, broccoli and roasted peppers

Strove Tuesday; instead of the Mardi Gras food we eat, in Ireland growing up its usually crepes (pancakes) we eat every year day before Ash Wed.
Pancakes with sugar, lemon, Nutella and strawberries. Boys love that tradition

    Thursday; turkey tacos

Friday; some type of fish. We eat fish every Friday during lent.

    Saturday: eat out.
