both the top straps and the bottom sole-
how hard are they to keep clean? Does dirt wash off or do they get dingy??

Tops straps easy to keep clean. The sole got dingy pretty fast, but they just look like a worn in shoe. Your foot is covering it when you are wearing it, so it's no big deal.
