Default ISO a good Quiche recipe--picky eaters

So, I need a quiche recipe for Easter Brunch. I will need to make it on Saturday and then serve on Sunday. It cannot contain:
    broccoli
    spinach
    tomatoes
    artichokes
would prefer sausage or bacon vs. ham
    can't be spicy

    TIA for any ideas!!!

We just do ham or bacon and cheese (grueyere is good). Some sautéed onions are yummy in there too.

This is my go to recipe. Quick and easy. I almost always use regular bacon as opposed to bacon bits, but one time I used the Costco bacon pieces and it was still good.
