When do we give the gift at a Bat Mitzvah - at the temple or at the party? I need to buy a card.

We had a present table at the party (at my bat mitzvah a million years ago.). I think the party is a safer bet.

I would do at the party, they won't have to worry about schlepping the gift after the ceremony. The party planner will probably take care of it at the venue.
