Not unless it’s for my own comfort. They’re just boobs. I’m a 38DDD. I think of it as countering the bombardment of completely unrealistic breast portrayals in media.

Thanks. I usually put pjs on just before bed and in morning I’ll put on a hoodie when I get up. It’s warmer now though so no hoodie. I got into pjs a little earlier last night and DH made wide-eyed look. We’re going to do a road trip where most nights we have 2 beds in the room, so thought I should consider something else. Tanks with shelf bra and a dark t-shirt work better than the light pink thin tank top from last night.

It depends. I usually take off my real bra when I get home and put on a thin bralette, barely there sports bra thing. But sometimes just a tank. It depends if I'm going to be up and about talking to my son (14) or just sitting on the couch. If I'm up and about I probably would have something on underneath - a tank or a bralette. If I'm sitting on the couch I'm fine with nothing.
I do wonder about this question for my 12-year old DD, as she doesn't wear anything under her pj tees, and wondering if she should.

I am a 38 barely B. I don't wear bras to sleep in and I usually take them off when I get home--under a colored/not white t-shirt.

Absolutely I do - much less muscle strain! I just wear light cotton bralettes, but they make the difference!

Nope never....I did sleep with a non underwire bra until college, but honestly I didn’t need a bra much until I was 17 or 18.

I have large breasts and have to sleep in a wireless bra to avoid horrible pains. My sons see me in pjs on the weekends and vacations but the sleeping bras are for me not for their benefit!
