    Default Squishies?

Is anyone familiar with these toys? They're squishy and you squeeze them and they slowly rise back to their original shape...they seem to be really popular here and I may get some as bday gifts...

Are there brands that are better than others and where to buy (B&M stores)?

IME they are all cheaply made and do not last long. They have them at Target, Walmart, etc. but they are overpriced at those stores. Amazon is your best bet.

Don't pay too much for them. They sell them at fairs and high end shops for a ton of money. But now they are in main stores like Target for cheap. They are... ok. They are cheap things that are easily misplaced or forgotten. That all being said, they were SUPER popular here for awhile. Now they are less so, so the phase has died out.

My kids love them. Some are better than others. My daughter has one from Target but it's not a great one. The best we have found come from a local toy shop, and even the same brand has different lines - with one being way nicer (squishier/softer and slower rising) than the other. We don't order them online because they prefer to try them all out at the toy shop. They spend lots of their allowance and birthday money on them!

I swore they were dog toys when I first saw them in Target. I couldn't figure out why they didn't squeak!
