go on sale sometime every summer but I don't get the newspaper anymore to see the circulars.

I bought mine on EBay in EUC for a fraction of the price of a new. Also check college campus boards or Craigslist. College students will try to sell them.

Yes, please post! We ended up getting used for DS1 but DD will also need one and it just chaps my hide that they have the gall to charge such an insane amount for 25-year-old tech! Grr. We don't have Meier here but I can ask family to get for us.

I still think it'll go better than this, but next week they are regular price and get a $40 coupon for your next order. So, $85 or so when it's done.

I also remembered that in the past, the deal was part of the School Bucks they put out at some point. So, watch for it then!

I might go ahead and get one next week for $85, because that's not awful. I'm happy to return if I can get it for $50 later.
