Update: Baby boy was born Sunday at 11lbs 11oz and 22.5 inches! We are all well and expect to be released from hospital later today. We have become something of a legend here for having such a big baby with such a full head of hair and no c-section. Thanks everyone for the mojo!

Hope this baby comes soon. I had two summer babies (mid July and mid August) and being 9 mo pregnant in the heat is no fun!

Well, I went to my doctor appointment today and the baby is still being stubborn. I’m scheduled for an induction on Monday evening, but with him already estimated to be 10lbs I am terrified.
Monday was the earliest they could do anything though, so everyone just pray for me, send mojo or positive thoughts my way that I can still birth this behemoth without having a C-section (which would be catastrophic at this point).
I’m so swollen right now, I’ve got about 30 lbs of water weight on me that has been added in the last 2.5 weeks. Doctor isn’t concerned though as blood pressure and everything else is normal so he said I just have to have the baby to get rid of the swelling.
And to the PP who asked about the name, yes, we finally did settle on one and it’s perfect. It was one that was recommended in the previous thread but we had never considered.
