I'm making pork tenderloin in the instant pot right now. My recipe is for a 1.5# tenderloin to cook 7 minutes, but I'm making 2 tenderloins that are 2.5# each. How's long should i set it for? HELP!

Generally the set time doesn't change. Expect it to take longer to come to pressure. And don't forget the natural pressure release!

I ended up cooking in the instant pot for about 14 minutes (it was 2 tenderloins totaling just over 5#, and I'm super paranoid about pork). It is very unusual that my whole family really likes something and everyone loved this! I used honey instead of brown sugar because I have too much honey in the house right now!
