Default How do your kids keep their money safe when out?

We’ve been spending more time at venues lately - climbing course, rock climbing, etc. so far I’ve been with them and kept their money but what do your kids do when you’re not with them? Do they sell boys casual athletic shorts with zipper pockets? TIA

My son has put money in his shoe, but have not had a good other option.

My boys have wallets and I usually make them wear shorts that have secure pockets when they go places. But we also have a bunch of knapsacks and they'll take one with their wallet, water bottle, sweatshirt, etc in it.

Cargo shorts. We do have a pair of Nike athletic shorts bought the beginning of summer with zip pockets.

Wallet in a pocket or a cinch sack type of bag if they also need a waterbottle or something else. If it's an active place and a wallet is hard, then they take a spibelt or the cheaper Target branded one. On the tightest setting it's useable for the kids.

ETA: Spibelt comes in kid sizing too. I've been thinking of getting each kid their own for a stocking stuffer gift this year. I haven't decided if they really need their own at these ages though. https://spibelt.com/shop/spibelt/kids-spibelt/
