Default Toiletry bag essentials for dh?

Dh is traveling a lot more for work and I wanted him to have a fully stocked toiletry bag for trips. Me and he kids all have bags ready to just throw in our suitcases with essentials. Dh still throws in his every day toothbrush and deodorant thus limiting how easy it is to pack ahead since he has to wait till he uses them day of. Here's what I am going to buy:
    toothbrush
    toothpaste
    floss
    deoderant
back up razor (he uses an electric and he doesn't go for a clean shave- rocks facial hair but likes to tidy up...maybe I'll toss in a trimmer)
contact stuff (case and mini fluid)
    q-tips
    some basic meds
    safety pins
    soap
    shampoo
    conditioner
    sunscreen
    brush
    mini first aid kit

    What am I forgetting?

    Thanks!

    Does he need a comb?

ETA: nevermind, I see you have a brush listed.

My DH travels a lot but does not bring soap/shampoo/conditioner (assumes that hotel has these things). He also doesn't bring q-tips or safety pins or sunscreen (he's always indoors for meetings).

Things he does bring that aren't on your list (I travel with these things too!):

Hair styling product, if used (gel/wax/whatever)
Fingernail clippers (for hangnails, to clip loose threads or tags off of clothing, etc)
    Hand sanitizer
Eye drops (for dry eyes while wearing contacts)
Lens cleaning wipes (to clean glasses, phones, tablets, computer screens)
    Chapstick or lip balm
Facial cleaner and lotion (if he uses something specific)

Is he flying or driving? If flying, checked bag or carry-on?? I'd have different suggestions on whether he's taking gels and liquids through security in a carry-on.

He does stay at hotels and doesn't need the shampoo...but the toiletry bag is all encompassing for camping, renting a beach house... When you really need a q-tip or safety pins, there's nothing else that will work. So small and easy to just keep in the bag.

I had a lens cleaner one one of my lists but it didn't make it here. Thanks for the reminder!

Flying but he usually checks his bags. No biggie to deal with the liquids and security though so don't let that change your suggestions.
