Gift ideas for mil?

Please help me pick up a couple last min things for my MIL. Dh has been no help with suggestions for the last couple weeks and when DD asked her for a list she just said to see you on Xmas. Which is complicated b/c we’re in Vegas for DHs work til Xmas day and won’t get home til mid afternoon.

She’s pretty easy to shop for/not really picky except I have to pick it up in person. She tends to dress kind of flamboyantly, doesn’t eat a lot of sweets anymore, exercises regularly and is generally pretty easy going. But even though she said she didn’t want anything her love language is gifts (even if you have no idea why she gave you that particular thing) . So I want to have a couple things for her even if they aren’t expensive. Something from Vegas/desert but didn’t say Vegas could be cool but it doesn’t have to be unique to here. No clothes unless it’s OS b/c in person returns are nearly impossible where we are.

Find a boutique with nice lotions and pick something up there. If she can’t use it, she can easily regift it.

Vegas is the flamboyant city! I would find a piece of colorful clothing like scarf, fun hat, handbag, or a colorful pajama set. Barring that, they do have lovely boutiques shops selling lotions and perfumes.

If she said she wants to see DD, maybe an experience gift with the grandkids? Movie tickets to take them to a movie, dinner GC, museum?
