Mini yogurt parfaits or little cups of yogurt with a few topping options?

Does it have to be finger food? I often do a salad with brunch - I often do one with fruit and nuts (if there are no allergies) and a fruity dressing (like a citrus or berry vinaigrette) because somehow in my head that makes it more "breakfast-y"!

I feel like they want you to bring the bacon, LOL, but they want it to be your idea….

If I were bringing the bacon, I would get the pre-cooked packages from Costco, shelf stable until opened, put it in something that would warm it up/keep it warm, and call it a day.

Another meat idea would be a spiral sliced ham, or sausages of some kind.

We love it when someone brings us Casey's breakfast pizza to our office, lol. They'll get it cut into small squares (or maybe they always cut it that way).

Wal-Mart or Costco probably has family packs of breakfast sandwiches or those sausages wrapped in packages (like corn dogs).

    Yogurt and granola.

Mini cereal boxes, everyone loves those.

These are great ideas. Thanks for the input!

Not a savory kolache, but you could get some mini sausages and wrap crescent dough around them. Super easy!
