Love that Talbot's dress and debating whether to buy it so that when I have the right event I don't regret that I didn't! Thanks for sharing.

Last year I wore this to DD2s graduation - the previously mentioned navy blue flowers look lol (Ryder dress, Claire Buds in Monomoy). They have lots of styles, I have a few dresses from them and they hold up and travel well, I feel like they're good for various spring/summer events. They had a sale last week and I got a new print, hoping to wear for Easter but I think it's only going to be in the high 40s/lower 50s. Stupid New England.

    Some ideas

https://www.anthropologie.com/shop/f...ARD&quantity=1 deliberately voluminous dress where style s built into the volume with a topper https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-32...Ivory&prdPV=11 that offers shape and femininity. Another topper https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-66...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

I believe I have the Sophia dress, but it might be the Catalyst or the Carly (bought a while back, different print)

Anyway, somewhat fitted, stretchy fabric. Loose enough to skim over problem areas, and the print offers camouflage.

ETA there are many more options in the sales section

And the sales link doesn’t work. Grrr…. But just click on it on the top of the website.

I personally like the Beauden dress, but there are several great options. I have the Tommie dress. The first size. Bought looked terrible because it was too small, the next size looks FABULOUS and I’m so glad I was stupidly single minded about a particular print due to the color range. LOL!

I love this dress! It's out of my price range now, but maybe in the future.

For anyone else looking I wore this dress (the style with the split at the neckline) in black for my uncle's funeral last month, but I really like it in burgundy.

That's exactly why I bought it! It's 25% off right now also.

I got this one for Easter with the idea it could double as my outfit for graduation. DS's school wears a brighter green robe, so I thought this would coordinate better than most colors.
