I see a lot of folks who are taking d3, but it's super important to take it with k2, they are often sold together, the K2 allows for full absorption. There are a lot of options out there but buying them as a combo makes it easy.

We put grassfed butter on everything and use pasture raised eggs and grassfed beef that's high in k2.
