evenflo has great customer service

I accidentally broke off the bug bar on our ultrasaucer when I was trying to take it off to clean so I could give it to my new niece. I just called Evenflo customer service and they are sending me a replacement for Free! They didn't even ask me how old the ultrasaucer is (we've had it for over a year). They did ask me how it broke, and I told them. It is a fragile part, so maybe that is why. Nevertheless, it was a nice surprise to not have to pay for a replacement.
