Safe & Secure Baby?

Anyone every buy from http://www.safeandsecurebaby.com? What's your experience? Are they good to deal with?

I recently bought from them a GoGo Kidz Travelmate (one of those dolly thingies that you attach to a Britax carseat to turn it into a stroller). I had no problems at all. I had it shipped UPS ground (their cheapest option), and it came across the country in less than a week. (Shipped from CA to PA.) They also included email confirmation upon shipping with a UPS tracking number.

Since we had no issues, I didn't have to call, so I can't tell you what calling their customer service is like.
