Hanna sale -- leggings PA
FYI, the leggings to match the red/white PD were at the original price ($21) at the beginning of the sale (dress was $19). The leggings have since been marked down to $15. I got my order today and called -- the CS agent offered a PA before I even asked for it. So, if you ordered the PD on sale (today is the last day of the sale IIRC) and paid full price for the leggings, just call and they should give you a PA.
