I just received my LE down chalet coat within 2-3 days of shipping. This is unheard of. I am soooooo happy and WARM!!!! The wind chill is supposed to be down to -17C today, which is outrageously cold for this area. Anything below 0 and we are a whiny crew.
I'm so happy and this has cured my Eyeore outlook on today.
Thank you Lands End for making my day (ps, yes, I did call to thank them for the speedy service!).
